IMEX America 2024 Opens Registration for the October 8-10 industry trade show and conference.Deep dives into global industry trends and unparalleled networking await at IMEX this fall.

Registration is now open for the next edition of IMEX America, the largest trade show in North America for the global business events industry. Taking place at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas October 8-10 and with MPI’s Smart Monday pre-show education day on October 7, the show brings planners and suppliers together for unparalleled networking and education. Last year the show attracted more than 3,400 exhibiting companies from 150+ countries and over 5,300 buyers.

Content is being designed to respond to several big market influences, including changing attendee behaviors, ongoing budgetary constraints and technology investment. “We seek out the industry experts, the most dynamic partners and the most engaging speakers on the most relevant topics—and bring them all together in one place, for one high-value week,” says IMEX CEO Carina Bauer.  “Our rallying cry to our global events community, whether seasoned professionals or new faces, is let’s go! It urges people to put themselves in the mix of our live event to intentionally leverage the multitude of possibilities they’ll only discover when they show up and take part,” she says.

Educational sessions will address current industry issues and reality checks, including a business education track exploring such topics as the increased competition for peak days and its impact on planners with tight budgets.  Ever-evolving technology issues will be tackled in a highly practical way, with the opportunity for one-to-one support from exhibitors as well as learning sessions dedicated to AI, data and future innovations.

“The show’s tagline, ‘Let’s Go!’, is our invite to the whole industry to come together in Las Vegas and use it as a platform to supercharge their businesses and the communities they represent,” notes Bauer. “One of our company values is ‘lead the way’ which means our teams spend months on the road each year, talking about and listening to the industry’s biggest roadblocks so we can deliver a show and an experience that helps them overcome those challenges.”
