Following the resounding success of introducing wellness to meeting planners and event organizers at their properties in Las Vegas, Caesars Entertainment officially expands these offerings to Caesars Atlantic City, Harrah’s Atlantic City, and Tropicana Atlantic City.

From innovative keynote speakers, workshops and activities to nutrient rich F&B offerings, planners can now incorporate these new wellness offerings at events held in the newly updated and renovated Caesars properties, set against the Atlantic City shoreline.

Though some may think of major cities when they think of New Jersey, its nickname is Garden State, and for good reason—New Jersey is home to more than 9,900 farms covering 750,000 acres of farmland. The state is among the leaders in many forms of agricultural production, ranking among the top five in blueberry, cranberry, peaches, spinach, bell peppers and tomato production. New Jersey also produces abundant corn, apples, strawberries and potatoes, all of which help the talented chefs at Caesars’ properties create menu items that refresh the body while satisfying the palate.

“Innovation is at the core of our culture at Caesars Entertainment and creating a wellness initiative was a natural for us because, as company, we are passionate about wellness,” said Kelly Gleeson Smith, VP Sales, Caesars Entertainment National Meetings & Events in a media announcement. “In seeing the uptick in demand for wellness, we saw an opportunity to expand these offerings especially with all the new upgrades and opportunities in Atlantic City. Now we ensure our clients at all our Atlantic City properties can offer on-trend options to their attendees.”

The U.S. wellness market will reach $480 billion in 2024, according to global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company’s latest Future of Wellness research. Eighty-two percent of U.S. consumers now consider wellness a top or important priority in their everyday lives.

“Wellness is a big part of our company DNA,” said Reina Herschdorfer, Director of Marketing, Caesars Entertainment National Meetings & Events. “We designed our wellness menu to make it easy for planners to add elements to their programs that promote physical and mental health.”

They Came, They Saw, They Renovated

Caesars Atlantic City has undergone a transformation with the recent opening of Nobu Hotel Atlantic City, now occupying the property’s highest floors and boasting its own lobby check-in desk. Caesars Atlantic City’s $240 million investment also features a stunning new arrival experience, hotel lobby and The Pool at Caesars—a rooftop pool above the world-famous Boardwalk and views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The upgrade is part of an overall investment which was announced in 2021 and includes the company’s Harrah’s Reimagined campaign, part of a $400 million master plan investment in Atlantic City which includes Caesars, Harrah’s Resort and Tropicana Atlantic City. The plans include remodeled room towers; freshly appointed interior design elements; enhancements to the casinos’ gaming floors; new dining concepts with acclaimed restaurant partners; and many more exciting additions.

“With all the new renovations and opening the Nobu Hotel Atlantic City, rolling out this initiative at our Atlantic City properties is an additional benefit to our clients operating on the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic region,” said Karen Worman, SVP General Manager, Caesars Entertainment.
