ALTOUR is merging its four meetings, incentive, conference and exhibitions businesses into one global entity called YES (Your Event Solutions).
Internova Travel Group’s corporate travel division ALTOUR is merging its four meetings, incentive, conference and exhibitions businesses into one global brand, Your Event Solutions, or YES. The four businesses that will now fall under the YES umbrella include the original YES, an event planning agency founded by Sue Gill in the UK, as well as the meetings and events divisions of ALTOUR and Travel Leaders Corporate in the U.S.; and On Tempo, the event planning division of Mexico City–based Corporate Travel Services. The idea behind the merger is to give each access to greater buying power and increased global service abilities.
“Our meetings businesses led the growth story for our corporate travel division in 2023. With this brand simplification, we feel confident this growth trajectory will accelerate even further,” said Gabe Rizzi, President of ALTOUR.
Over the past 12 months, the businesses that are combining to create the new YES division have managed more than 7,675 events with 226,000 attendees across 66 countries, according to ALTOUR. The original YES agency, which Gill founded in 2001, was acquired by Internova Travel Group in 2019. This merger expands the YES brand across the U.S., Latin America and the Middle East. YES handled all aspects of meetings and events, including rewards and recognition, brand activation, digital evets, logistics, creative, strategy, group travel and venue sourcing.
“The merging of these four powerhouse MICE businesses is the culmination of many months of hard work and planning by dozens of team members all around the world,” said Sue Gill. “Since starting this incredible business from my bedroom back in 2001, I’m amazed at what our passionate team has accomplished. I couldn’t be prouder to finally say that YES is truly better together!”
