Groups looking for unique and immersive team-building experiences in Las Vegas have a wealth of options, from state-of-the-art virtual rides to desert canyon golfing.
High Roller is the largest observation wheel in North America that stands at 550 feet tall. The wheel takes 30 minutes to complete one revolution and features 28 spacious cabins. Groups can book a Happy Half Hour cabin that can accommodate up to 25 guests and features an open bar and bartender for a one-of-a-kind cocktail experience.
Dig This Las Vegas is the world’s first adult sandbox that lets groups tear up the ground with heavy machinery. The facility can accommodate groups from four to 100 with a complete buyout and can include access from four to 10 pieces of equipment. Dig This currently has two bulldozers, four excavators, two track-type skid steer loaders, and two 5.5-ton excavators. Custom-designed team-building events are available for groups, including challenges such as “Who Dug the Best Hole,” “Most Baskets (Basketball) Made,” and “Best Tire Pyramid.”
FlyOver is a virtual flying ride located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The experience is available for groups up to 40 with a complete buyout, and uses immersive, state-of-the-art technology to give the experience of flight. Groups will hang suspended in flight motion seats that swoop, dip and turn, before a 52.5-foot-wide spherical screen that simulates flying over locations such as the Grand Canyon, Lake Tahoe, Mojave Desert, Las Vegas Strip and more. Special effects including wind, mist and scents, combined with the ride’s motion to give a realistic experience of flight.
Topgolf Las Vegas is a sports entertainment complex located at MGM Grand that offers an inclusive, high-tech golf game suitable for all skill levels. Players hit micro-chipped golf balls that track each shot’s accuracy and distance while awarding points for hitting targets on the outfield. Groups can book an event that includes unlimited game play in two bays, reserve one of the venue’s custom themed packages, or even reserve a full venue buyout. Topgolf Las Vegas features 120+ climate-controlled hitting bays, five bars, a 48-foot TV screen, 900-person concert venue, and two swimming pools with VIP cabanas, as well as private event spaces.

Rail Explorers are pedal-powered vehicles that ride on railroad tracks and can be reserved by groups. Rail Explorer vehicles seat two or four riders, and can also be coupled together so that larger groups can stay together and combine their leg power. Tours include a return trip on one of the historic trains from the collection at the Nevada State Railroad Museum.
Maverick Helicopters offers flights over the Las Vegas Strip, Red Rock Canyon or the Grand Canyon. Maverick also offers private meeting and event space at its terminal on Las Vegas Boulevard, including catering options for groups, that can be booked before or after the flight.
