MGM’s Luxury Meetings District in Las Vegas encompasses seven unique properties all in close proximity, making it easy for planners to build meeting programs that utilize multiple venues at multiple properties.
The Luxury Meetings District boasts a total of 12,390 guest rooms, including 2,965 suites, as well as 926,500 square feet of total meeting space at the hotel properties, plus a further 650,000 square feet of space at the T-Mobile Arena.
Bellagio, famous for its iconic fountain display, offers a range of space options including its largest Grand Ballroom, offering 45,000 square feet of customizable space; the 30,000 square-foot Tower Ballroom; and numerous smaller indoor and outdoor spaces. Groups up to 300 can meet for a reception at the 6,082 square-foot Grand Patio, overlooking Bellagio’s pools and courtyards. Bellagio also offers five distinctive pool courtyard settings that can host events for groups of 100 up to 2,000 attendees, as well as a range of private cabana and day bed options. Unique venues at the property include The Mayfair Supper Club – a modern take on a classic American restaurant where dining and entertainment collide to make up the show. With a capacity of 400 guests, 200 seated, enjoy elevated food and cocktail presentations combined with the world-famous Bellagio fountains as a backdrop for any event.
The AAA Five Diamond ARIA is located steps away from Dolby Live at Park MGM as well as the T-Mobile Arena, and is ideally suited for groups attending events at those venues. It also boasts its own technologically advanced Convention Center, which recently underwent a 200,000 square-foot expansion, and now offers 500,000 square feet of unconventional space. Native plants and trees contribute a desert ambiance to its spaces, including the Bristlecone Ballroom, which boasts 51,225 square feet of space; and Pinyon Ballroom, offering 38,070 square feet of space. The two ballrooms are located directly across from one another, which creates natural flow of just over 89,000 square feet of space.
The all-suite Vdara offers an eco-friendly, non-gaming retreat set-back a little from the Strip and connected to ARIA using a free tram system. The property specializes in smaller groups from 10 to 300 attendees, and offers up to 16,500 square feet of ground-level conference space. Vdara is LEED Gold Certified, and has been awards “5 Keys” by Green Key Global in its Green Key Meetings program, awarded to properties that exemplify sustainable meetings and conventions. Unique venues at the property include spacious hospitality suites; the VICE VERSA Patio & Lounge, accommodating up to 200 guests; and the rooftop, 24,303 square-foot Pool & Cabanas Vdara, accommodating up to 300 guests.
Park MGM offers planner 77,000 square-feet of indoor and outdoor space consisting of three distinct areas. The Conference Center can accommodate groups of 10 to 500 attendees in 60,000 square feet of space. Madison Meeting Center offers flexible layouts for classroom training, product seminars and workshops. While the Ideation Studio is a 7,000 square-foot space ideal for corporate retreats and brainstorming sessions, offering 10 unique environments and four distinctive meeting room configurations for groups of six to 24.
NoMad Las Vegas is a hotel-within-a-hotel concept located on the top floors of Park MGM. The boutique hotel is the third location of the luxury NoMad hotel chain, complementing its existing portfolio of New York and Los Angeles properties. The property offers over 2,000 square feet of configurable indoor dining space, including several unique private spaces, as well as its garden-like pool and cafe area, which is available for evening events. The property offers state-of-the-art AV equipment, turn-key event planning services, and specially catered menus by Chef Daniel Humm.
Dolby Live at Park MGM is a 5,200-seat entertainment venue located inside Park MGM. It boasts a custom-designed Dolby Atmos sound system with 402 speakers, a custom 4K LED video wall, and a 140-feet wide stage, making it one of the widest stages in the world. Versatile seating configurations are available, with the furthest seat only 145 feet away from the stage. The venue also features seven bars and terraces with views of the Las Vegas Strip and The Park.
T-Mobile Arena is a multi-purpose, indoor arena located in the Luxury Meetings District. The 650,000 square-foot arena has a seating capacity of 20,000, and offers amenities such as 44 luxury suites, premium VIP balconies, the two acre outdoor Toshiba Plaza for pre-event functions, a 75,000 square-foot loading dock, and a wide variety of food and beverage options.
