Edgewater Beach Hotel in Naples, Florida has upgraded its meeting space and developed a new outdoor group activity program in an effort to court smaller meeting and incentive groups.
The 125-suite property boasts 3,600 sf of meeting space, including the Edgewater ballroom that is divisible by two, the Gulf Breeze Suite and the Salon. The renovation includes new furnishings, upgraded carpet and window treatments, fresh paint, and local artwork. The hotel can accommodate groups of up to 80 guests.
The Edgewater has also partnered with Boucher Brothers to develop a new program of innovative activities and team building experiences. The sessions will be facilitated by a dedicated group activities director, and will include activities such as sand sculpting, a beach putting green, glow-in-the-dark sand volley ball and a Castaway build-a-boat and sail away competition. The new group program focuses on outdoor, beach-based activities but indoor options are also available.
