Spoleto Signature Cocktail
- 2 oz. Virgil Kaine ginger bourbon
- .5 oz. Fernet Branca
- 1 oz. lemon shrub

Raspberry Lemonade
- 2 parts raspberry vodka

- 1 oz. dark rum

Rita’s Pomegranate Margarita
- 1.5 oz. pomegranate juice
- .75 oz. Cointreau

- .75 oz. St. Germain
