Your group can blend an invigorating guided hike up Boyne Mountain with yoga on SkyBridge Michigan.

You may have been feeling the heat already, but summer’s official start is June 20-22, with the year’s longest days scheduled for this weekend. What better time to start thinking about a wellness trip as a group, when the days are long enough to enjoy every last ray of sunshine?

The following choices span old school and high-tech, from mountain heights to sea level, but the result is the same—feeling better and shaping up for whatever is on the agenda for the rest of the year.

Yoga in the Sky

Here’s something new for groups this summer, happening on the world’s longest timber-towered suspension bridge: Yoga in the Sky at SkyBridge Michigan in Boyne Falls, MI.

Every Saturday from June 29 to Aug. 3, groups will be guided through an invigorating hike up Boyne Mountain followed by a serene yoga session on the world’s longest timer-towered suspension bridge, 118 feet in the air. Whether a seasoned yogi seeking a breathtaking backdrop or a beginner curious about mindful movement in nature, Yoga in the Sky caters to all levels.

After the yoga session, the holistic experience continues to foster a deeper connection with nature, offering full-day access to the panoramic views of SkyBridge Michigan and the opportunity to relax at one of the many dining locations like Forty Acres Tavern, Eagle’s Nest and more. Groups can make a longer stay out of it by booking any of the unique stays Boyne Mountain has to offer including Chalet Edelweiss, Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa and many others.
