The two largest pillarless ballrooms in North America will debut in Las Vegas in 2020 when Caesars Entertainment’s 550,000-sf Caesars FORUM conference center opens for business.
Planners will be able to work their magic in 300,000 sf of indoor meeting space (the equivalent to more than five football fields). The $375 million project has more than a few perks, explains Michael Massari, chief sales officer for Caesars. “The building will be ultra-modern with lots of natural light and the center will also be connected to the LINQ, Harrah’s and Flamingo hotels (more than 8,500 hotel rooms combined), giving planners the ability to offer a tiered hotel rate for their attendees.”
Another highlight of the FORUM will be a 100,000-sf outdoor plaza, a prime location for opening receptions, wellness sessions and meetings breaks with a plethora of restaurants, shops and entertainment nearby.
All in all, Caesars FORUM will be within walking distance to 20,000 hotel rooms and be able to accommodate more than 10,000 attendees at a time.
