Luxury all-inclusive resorts are hot, and Hyatt is right on target with its new brand, Impression by Secrets. This is the 10th brand to be added to the Inclusive Collection, part of World of Hyatt.
The brand’s debut property, the adults-only all-inclusive Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres, opened earlier this month in Mexico with 125 luxury suites that come with butler service, terrace whirlpools and other high-end touches.

Personalized service is key for this new all-inclusive brand. The white-glove service begins even before check-in: no ferry service from the mainland for these guests—they’re welcomed by butlers onto a private yacht from Marina Hacienda del Mar, which takes them to the resort’s private pier. The resort is perched on a cliff on the island’s less-visited—and more peaceful—southern end, with jaw-dropping views of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean.
Other resort amenities include the Pure SPA with touchless therapies, including a Floatarium; an over-the-water lounge; and a full roster of activities such as cooking classes. Best of all, it’s all-inclusive.
