The 12-story hotel, completed in August 2024, also offers 376 modern guestrooms and suites, making it a comfortable and convenient option for multi-day events. Meeting guests can enjoy a rooftop pool and deck with panoramic views of the city and ocean, a lobby market and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The hotel’s restaurant, Local Current, serves seasonal, California-inspired cuisine.

At the heart of the hotel is the Greatroom lobby, drawing inspiration from Long Beach’s rich Art Deco heritage, blending 1930s streamlined modern architecture.

Meeting space highlights include the 7,248-sf Bixby Ballroom, which accommodates up to 800 guests and can be divided into five breakout rooms. The Pike Ballroom on the first floor, with its large doors, is ideal for exhibitor showcases. The Promenade Atrium offers an intimate space for up to 150 guests, while the Landmark Patio features 1,890 sf of outdoor space. For VIP gatherings or pre-gala functions, three hospitality suites adjacent to outdoor spaces provide an exclusive touch.

Situated on Long Beach’s iconic promenade, the Marriott Long Beach Downtown offers planners access to the vibrant convention and entertainment hub, with world-class attractions like the Aquarium of the Pacific, Shoreline Aquatic Park, and the historic Queen Mary just steps away.
