The reimagination of the convention center put sustainability at the forefront, using recycled materials throughout the building, recycling 96% of construction waste, and ensuring the building design and elements reduced the environmental impact as much as possible. The center is Silver LEED-certified and continues to incorporate sustainability practices.
When attendees are ready to relax they can unwind in luxury accommodations perfect for any meeting–including new Miami Hotels opening within the pipeline. This year alone, ten more properties plan to open, resulting in 1,676 additional rooms.
In Q4 2025, the Grand Hyatt Miami Beach Hotel will join the list as well. The 800-room headquarter hotel will be directly attached to the convention center via an elevated skybridge, and will be a welcome addition to the Miami Beach Convention Center District.
