As the Senior Business Manager at Taiwanlook, the island’s leading DMC, Adam organized countless successful events in Taiwan, ranging from large-scale conferences and trade shows to intimate business meetings and incentives. He also worked with Taiwan Tourism Bureau to promote Taiwan’s MICE industry through fam trips, allowing international meeting planners to experience firsthand the country’s unique culture and attractions.

Jason Yeh
CEO, GIS Group
Jason Yeh is the CEO of GIS Group and 2nd Vice President of the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA). He is the Honorary President of the Taiwan Convention & Exhibition Association. A champion of the local MICE industry, Yeh is a Lecturer at the National Taiwan Normal University (Graduate Institute of Translation and Interpretation) and an ambassador of the Kaohsiung MICE Alliance. He earned his B.A. in English Language and Literature (1986) and later an M.A. in Tourism (2000) from Chinese Culture University, Taipei, Taiwan.
GIS Group, founded in 1991 by Yeh, provides a list of meeting services including conference management, destination management (including corporate events, incentive programs, team building, and cultural activities), audiovisual and congress technology, language services, and venue management. The company is providing the highest level of service to international clients and its professionalism is certified by a number of international affiliations. The company is a member of the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA), the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), The International Association of Professional Congress Organizers (IAPCO), and the Congress Rental Network (CRN).
Yeh’s mission has always been to drive positive change in the meeting industry and to elevate Taiwan as a prime international meeting destination. In 2016, he released his first book The Driving Force Behind Destination Marketing, analyzing the secrets behind destinations bidding for international meetings. In 2017, he brought the first IAPCO EDGE Seminar to Taiwan and provided a fruitful educational program for everyone in the Taiwanese industry. In recognition of Yeh’s great work and active presence in the field, he has been called one of The 25 Most Influential People in the Meetings Industry by Successful Meetings Magazine in 2017.
