The 32-story building is a combination of 410 luxury condominiums and 60 hotel rooms, featuring public spaces that reflect the vibrant, local art and design scene.
Case in point: The Rockwell Group incorporated custom fixtures and furniture as well as local and contemporary artwork into the design. The lobby, for instance, features a neutral palette with pops of color, matched by the more industrial concrete tile flooring, blackened metalwork, and mesh and steel displays created to showcase the artwork. A nod to the city’s Art Deco architecture, light-sensitive artwork suspends from the lobby’s exposed concrete ceiling, creating an even more unique, retro feel. And a massive brown leather sectional and white piano complete the look.
