Rail Europe has expanded its group travel services with the introduction of RailGroupEasy, a new offer that simplifies group train bookings for a wider audience, including corporate clients, associations and individual travelers booking for groups of 25 or more.
Group travel has historically been a challenge for travelers and travel planners alike—and rail travel for groups has just gotten a bit easier. Designed to meet the needs of a diverse range of customers, RailGroupEasy offers a smooth booking process with personalized services and additional options to enhance group travel experiences across Europe.
While this new service caters to those beyond Rail Europe’s current Key Accounts (KAs) and Global Sales Agents (GSAs), the process for these partners remains unchanged. RailGroupEasy reflects the company’s commitment to providing customised solutions for group travel, ensuring ease and flexibility for every customer.
The product provides a range of services, including luggage porters, catering, welcome services, and customizable branding options to enhance the travel experience for passengers.
“At Rail Europe, we understand the unique challenges that come with organizing group travel. RailGroupEasy is our answer to these challenges, providing tailored solutions and dedicated support from our expert Groups Department.
