Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park
The landmark Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park in downtown Atlanta, formerly the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center, has undergone a comprehensive renovation and rebranding. As well as a complete renovation of 600 rooms housed within its North Tower, the hotel has also added a collection of signature suites that celebrate Atlanta’s iconic attractions and landmarks, such as the Georgia Aquarium Suite, College Football Hall of Fame Suite and the Coca-Cola Suite.

The property offers 120,000 sf of corporate event space across 45 meeting rooms and can accommodate up to 2,200 attendees in its largest ballroom. It is also directly connected to the Georgia World Congress Center, State Farm Arena, and Chick-Fil-A College Football Hall of Fame.

Villatel Orlando Resort
Villatel Orlando Resort, built on 77 acres in Orlando’s tourist corridor International Drive, is in the midst of a phased opening that is set to be completed in late 2024. A first-of-its-kind experience in the Orlando market, the property will blend the privacy and space of a villa with the amenities and standards of a hotel. Upon completion, its 526 total units will be comprised of 256 apartment-style suites (2-3 bedrooms), as well as 270 estates (6-9 bedrooms) and villas (4-5 bedrooms). It is located just two miles away from Orlando’s highly anticipated Epic Universe.
Villatel is ideal for smaller groups seeking private space as some of its estates can accommodate more than 20 guests. The “Five-Star Fortress” can accommodate 28 guests and includes two dedicated office spaces, a large private pool, movie theater, game loft, and chef’s kitchen.
By late 2024, the property will add a central, resort-style pool, lazy river, four waterslides, sports courts (including pickleball), and a bar and grill for poolside dining.

Tempo by Hilton Louisville Downtown NuLu
Tempo by Hilton Louisville Downtown NuLu opened its doors this May as the third property from Hilton’s new contemporary lifestyle brand. The 130-room hotel offers two dining options. Moonsong Bar + Café on the first floor, and High Stakes Grill, a full-service rooftop restaurant and event space with skyline views.

The property features king and double-queen rooms, along with five Wellness rooms with in-room Peloton bikes. Each room features a spacious bathroom with an oversized shower, Bluetooth speaker mirror and APOTHEKE products. As well as a 676-sf meeting space adjacent to its lobby, the hotel also offers a 1,200-sf gathering space located on the sixth floor that is suitable for meetings, events and private dining.
