Award season is upon us, so it’s officially that time of year to get out, see some flicks—and then incorporate the good ideas into your events as if they were your own.

Here are four movies nominated for Golden Globe Awards whose words of wisdom are sure to impress your meeting and incentive attendees.

Florence Foster Jenkins

Meryl Streep earns yet another Golden Globe nomination for her role in this biopic as Florence Foster Jenkins, a New York heiress who dreamed of becoming an opera singer, despite having a terrible voice. The Message: Encourage attendees to achieve their dreams despite their flaws. You never know how far they just might go.

Deadpool

Humor and irony collide in this Marvel hit of the year. After the major flop role as the Green Lantern, Ryan Reynolds breaks through as the raunchy, making-a-comeback Deadpool superhero. The Message: Don’t discredit anyone’s past or make enemies with those who you think won’t cut it in the industry. You never know who will make a comeback and show up as the employer or stockholder at your next company meeting.

Moonlight

This story chronicles different phases of a young black man’s life as he struggles to find his path while growing up in a rough Miami neighborhood. The Message: You don’t truly know your attendees and the struggles they face in their every day life. Remember to practice inclusivity instead of ‘otherizing’ those who act, think or look different from you.

La La Land

One of this season’s most popular, La La Land takes its audience to Hollywood to follow the lives of a musician and aspiring actress who fall in love on their pursuit to achieving their dreams. While the ambition-versus-love conflict has been done a million times, this movie embraces passion in a new, quirky way that only Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone could pull off. The Message: Achieving your dreams isn’t meant to be easy. Gosling’s character says it all: “This is the dream. It’s conflict, and it’s compromise, and it’s very very exciting.”
