Attendees were welcomed by Westchester County Executive George Latimer during the opening reception at Kanopi, at the top of the Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester

Thirty senior meeting planners from organizations ranging from KPMG to The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association converged on the Hilton Westchester earlier this week for Prevue’s Duty of Care Summit.

High-profile speakers at the Duty of Care Summit included Former US Secret Service Executive and current SVP of Executive Protection at T&M Protection Resources Joe Russo; Richard Lagg, Director of Security, Johnson & Johnson; and Brad Waldron, VP of Risk Management at Caesars Entertainment. Attendees enjoyed a fabulous cocktail reception at Kanopi, on the rooftop of the Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester, with 360 degree views stretching as far as the Long Island Sound and Manhattan. A perfume bar by Scenterprises where guests were able to learn their scent profile and a custom bracelet bar by jeweler Diane Katzman topped off the five-star experience.

The Duty of Care Summit attracted 30 senior meeting execs from around the country.

A group of meeting planners extended their trip for a one-day familiarization tour of the mansions of the Hudson Valley, including the Rockefellers’ Kykuit, and lunch at Belvedere Estate, a hidden gem of a mansion on the Hudson River owned by the Unification Church that recently began hosting events.
