A new pop-up space available at The Venetian | The Palazzo Congress Center in Las Vegas can be used as a collaborative workspace, offering the same flexibility and socialization aspects as popular shared workspaces similar to WeWork.
“Our coworking pop-up taps into a growing trend of creating collaborative workspaces that can be used on a temporary basis in addition to traditional offices,” says Lisa Marchese, chief marketing officer at The Venetian and The Palazzo. “Placing a co-working space in the heart of a meetings and convention destination combines two concepts that you do not often see together. We know this unexpected amenity, with its comfort and functionality will appeal to our guests and help them maximize their time while they are here for a meeting or convention.”
Debuted by the connected Venetian, Palazzo and Sands Expo (in conjunction with Zappos), the 1,170-sf lounge will offer space to recharge, comfortable nooks for collaboration and a conference room for up to six attendees. Because it is enclosed, it will be less noisy than the average business center, but it is also transparent to invite those passing by to come inside and use the amenities. Those include Wi-Fi, charging stations and four private phone rooms in addition to the private conference room.
The lounge is located on level two of The Venetian | The Palazzo Congress Center. It will be open seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.—ideal timing for attendees who have free time between meeting in Sands Expo’s 2.25 million sf of meeting and convention space.
