Orlando’s most exciting meeting and event destination is about to become even more spectacular. Construction and renovations are underway at hotel properties throughout the resort. Scheduled to open in 2016, the Caribbean-inspired Loews Sapphire Falls Resort will be Universal Orlando® Resort’s fifth on-site hotel. Loews Sapphire Falls Resort will provide meeting planners with 115,000 square feet of meeting and function space, including a 41,000 square-foot ballroom (divisible into 12 breakout rooms) and an additional 32,000 square-foot hall. You’ll also find 15 meeting rooms, 3 meeting planner offices, and 27,000 square feet of pre-function space. The meeting space at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort will also be connected to the meeting space at Loews Royal Pacific Resort.
Speaking of Loews Royal Pacific Resort, the hotel is undergoing a massive expansion of its meeting capabilities with the addition of over 55,000 square feet of new meeting space. When complete in Fall 2015, the hotel will boast 132,000 square feet of meeting and function space including a new ballroom and 4 new meeting rooms. Plus, attendees will enjoy freshly updated guest rooms featuring new décor and the addition of new desks to enhance each hotel guests’ comfort and overall experience.
