At the beginning of February CINTERMEX launched its wireless network based on the Cisco Unified Wireless Network of the CISCO Company, the world leader in network technology.
The equipment acquired represents 4th generation technology, including CleanAir Technology, Multiple-Input, Multiple-Output (MIMO), Maximum Radio Combination (MRC), 20-40 Channels, data transmission of up to 300 MBPS, supporting standards of 802.11a/b/g/n, which allows for optimization of the network despite the noise generated by RF (radio frequencies) of other equipment, in order to provide better service to our clients.
The controlling equipment is CISCO WLAN series 5508 and Access Point series 3500i, the same equipment used in the recent Super Bowl in New Orleans. The server MikroTik series 1100 AH is the system for authenticating users. Its bandwidth has a capacity of Internet connection of up to 450 MBPS.
This equipment covers events, general offices and free access in common areas.
