Melia’s UK portfolio just expanded with the Innside Liverpool near the banks of the River Mersey.
And it’s just a short walk from the historic city centre. When you think of Melia, the Caribbean, Mexico and South America generally come to mind. But groups would be remiss not to give Melia’s UK portfolio a try as well.
Innside Liverpool, the 200-room upscale urban lifestyle brand, is also Melia’s fastest growing—from eight to 40 hotels in five years. Innside Liverpool will join Melia’s four other UK digs—ME London, Melia White House, Innside Manchester and the forthcoming Innside Newcastle—when it opens next year on Old Hall Street as part of a mixed-use development offering retail and office space.
One highlight will be a rooftop restaurant that overlooks the city, a feature that groups will also find at ME London, and millennial groups will surely appreciate the hotel’s smart tech, wellness and creative meeting areas, and work-play ambiance.
Melia’s first Innside hotel debuted a few years back with the Innside Manchester in the heart of the city (its claim to fame is the innovative “food for a social mood” street food concept) and a third property is under development in Newcastle.
