Summer is officially in full bloom, and what better way to create a festive summer meeting than with a signature cocktail?

Here are five summer cocktails from various properties across North America to get inspiration for your seasonal drink menus.

Spoleto Signature Cocktail

  • 2 oz. Virgil Kaine ginger bourbon
  • .5 oz. Fernet Branca
  • 1 oz. lemon shrub

Shake all ingredients very generously and serve over crushed ice. Garnish with burnt lemon peel to bring out the natural lemon oils and impress your attendees. Groups can find this cocktail at The Restoration Hotel in Charleston, S.C.

Raspberry Lemonade

  • 2 parts raspberry vodka
  • 1 part rock candy syrup
  • .75 part fresh lemon juice
  • 6-8 fresh raspberries
  • Soda to fill

Bahama Colada

  • 1 oz. dark rum
  • 1 oz. Ricardo Bahamian Coconut Rum
  • 1 part Coco Lopex cream of coconut
  • 1 part pineapple juice
  • Pineapple wedge and cherry to garnish

Rita’s Pomegranate Margarita

  • 1.5 oz. pomegranate juice
  • .75 oz. Cointreau
  • .75 oz. fresh lime juice
  • .75 oz. simple syrup

  • 1 pinch margarita rim salt

Jasmine

  • 1.5 oz. grey goose
  • .75 oz. St. Germain
  • 1 oz. white cranberry juice
  • .5 oz. lemon juice
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
