Carneros Resort and Spa

Groups in search of that California zen everyone’s talking about can find wellness programming galore (and wine!) at these three spa properties.

Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa

This San Diego–area property is seeped in wellness offerings, including nine indoor treatment rooms available via the on-site Spa at Estancia as well as private yoga and meditation sessions. Even more, the hotel encourages groups to be involved in the community by offering CSR opportunities such as beach cleanups and hikes to Torrey Pines for park restorations.

Carneros Resort and Spa

Groups visiting Napa can now participate in a half- or one-day corporate wellness retreat at Carneros Resort and Spa. The property partnered with local fitness provider Donavan’s Wellness Solutions to create a well-rounded experience that includes everything from group yoga classes to a high-intensity bootcamp as well as group meditation and an instructor-led vineyard run or walk. Also of note: The property is undergoing a renovation scheduled for completion in May.

The Meritage Resort and Spa

Meeting in a cave is one of the most unique experiences groups can have in wine country, and The Meritage’s 4,000-sf Underground Estate Cave offers just that from its location beneath the property’s onsite, nine-acre vineyard. While wine education programs, tastings, receptions and corporate dinners are available, the resort recently announced even more exclusive wine-o experiences. A more intimate wine tasting can be had in the property’s new tasting room, created with the relocation of Trinitas Cellars. The resort’s new Crush Lounge program also encourages groups to bond over a lunch and bowling experience.
