The Santa Fe sunset beaming out from behind the snowy Sangre de Cristo Mountains serves as the ideal backdrop on any cool, crisp day for Encantado, an Auberge Resort. The only 5-diamond resort in New Mexico, this 57-acre sanctuary nestled in the foothills is sure to enhance your next meeting or event with spectacular amenities and customized group experiences.

Santa Fe’s only resort, Encantado is comprised of a main lodge that houses the resort’s restaurant and over 5,500 sf of meeting space, along with 65 surrounding casitas and suites. The open floor plans, contemporary design and original artwork in these luxurious accommodations are meant to bring out your inner peace, the kind of healing energy that Santa Fe has been known for, for over 400 years.

Of course, nothing makes this more possible than the resort’s spa, where therapists will lather you in essential oils that are custom made from lavender grown on the resort grounds. Your troubles will melt away as your group enjoys custom-tailored treatments using locally produced items like blue corn and honey.

The resort’s signature restaurant, Terra is debuting a new menu that incorporates typical dessert ingredients into delectable dinner dishes. One such dish is the Guajillo Prawns with white chocolate mole.  The Date-Basted Galisteo Lamb Rack is another such dish, complemented with a goat cheese tamale and smoked tomato relish.

Groups can opt to dine beneath the Amarillo sky in the al fresco courtyard, right by the resort’s central fire pit. The pit is used during several of the customizable group experiences offered on site, which range from making s’mores to stargazing and hearing Native American storytelling, all while sipping hot toddies.
