The collection of 10 beachfront properties located throughout the Caribbean and Mexico is offering the promotion, bookable through Dec. 31 for travel between April 20, 2017 and Dec. 20, 2018. The package includes:

  • Complimentary 30-minute Meeting Imagined–themed reception or break
  • Complimentary meeting space/private meal space based on group room block
  • Group rate extended three days prior and three days after departure date, based on availability
  • One upgrade to a suite at a group rate for every 35 revenue-generating room nights occupied on a cumulative basis (maximum 10)
  • One staff room at 30 percent discount off the group rate
  • 20 percent discount at the spa (select resorts only)
  • One complimentary room night for every 35 revenue-generating room nights occupied on a cumulative basis (maximum 10).
  • Free Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the hotel
  • One complimentary VIP amenity with every suite upgrade
  • Complimentary private check-in area, with all attendees pre-registered and pre-keyed (select resorts only)
  • Non-alcoholic welcome drink upon arrival

While the promotional package stops there, meeting planners can also book their group’s stay during a property’s value dates to receive these additional perks:

  • One complimentary staff room
  • 15 percent discount on audiovisual equipment
  • Up to 5 percent off catering
  • One-hour complimentary reception with domestic drinks and selected hors d’oeuvres

Terms & Conditions Apply: This deal is offered to new group business only. The group must be a minimum of 10 maximum of 100 peak rooms per night (some properties require a minimum of 25 peak rooms per night).
