Five Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels will make it much more appealing for groups to visit Orlando, Fla., this year and next.
Formerly known as the Downtown Disney Resort Area Hotels, the Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels are situated in Walt Disney World Resort within walking distance of the new waterfront Disney Springs, which offers a wide range of dining and live entertainment options, with 150 establishments across four outdoor neighborhoods. The 394-room B Resort & Spa – Disney Springs Resort Area is offering the HPA Meeting Plan, available for new meetings booked and consumed prior to Dec. 21, 2017. The offer includes complimentary VIP upgrades; 10 percent off banquet food and beverage; 10 percent off audiovisual; and a complimentary one-hour reception, morning or afternoon break.
Best Western Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area
The 18-story, 325-room Best Western Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area is offering three meeting packages—one of which is the Daily Meeting Package. Available for meetings booked and consumed prior to Dec. 31, 2017, the Daily Meeting Package is for groups of up to 20 attendees and includes regular and decaf coffee, morning pastries, an afternoon specialty break, high-speed wireless Internet, a screen, the use of a meeting room for up to eight hours, an audiovisual table, a registration table and a water station.
DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area
The 229-suite DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area is offering its Pick A Perk meeting package, available for meetings booked and held by Dec. 31, 2017. The promotion enables meeting planners to select one or two of the following special group value-adds, depending on the group size: a complimentary morning or afternoon break, complimentary LCD package, complimentary Wi-Fi, 15 percent discount on catering or 50,000 Hilton Honors Event Planner Points.
Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area
The modern 323-room Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area is offering its Great Dates Great Deals promotion for new meetings booked by June 30, 2017, and actualized by Dec. 15, 2017. Depending on the dates booked, groups can select one or two of the following: a 10 percent discount on audiovisual equipment, a one per 40 complimentary room policy, complimentary Wi-Fi in the meeting space, a 15 percent allowable attrition, one Disney water park ticket per 20 rooms, a complimentary welcome reception or a 3 percent rebate on rooms to the master account.
Wyndham Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area
The newly renovated 232-room Wyndham Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area is offering its Magical Memories Promotion for new meetings booked by Oct. 31, 2017, and held in 2017 or 2018. The promotion includes a 2 percent rebate to the master account or 12 percent commission double points, four free rounds of golf, a one per 40 complimentary room policy, 20 percent off audiovisual, 5 percent discount off the catering menu, no resort fee and a waived meeting room rental (with an applicable F&B minimum).
